Cancellation & Refund Policy
This page explains, in plain words, how to cancel Iran IP VPN Premium and how refunds are handled. It summarizes and sits alongside Section 5 of our Terms of Service; where the two differ, the Terms govern.
Cancel any time — keep Premium to the end of the period
Premium subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel whenever you like: cancelling stops the next auto-renewal, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your account then drops back to the free plan — you're never locked in.
How to cancel — where you bought decides how
Cancel in the same place the payment is managed:
- Bought on the website (card): manage or cancel from your account page, or ask support.
- Google Play (Android): cancel under Play Store → Subscriptions.
- App Store (iPhone / iPad, when available): cancel under Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Microsoft Store (Windows): cancel under your Microsoft account → Services & subscriptions.
One-time payments: crypto & Iranian card-to-card
If you paid once with cryptocurrency or by Iranian card-to-card (Rial), there is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel — Premium simply runs until the end of the period you bought, then your account returns to free. You can buy again any time to extend.
Free plan
The free plan needs no card and involves no charge, so there's nothing to cancel. You can stop using it or delete your account whenever you want.
Refunds
Because payments are taken by different providers, refunds are handled by whoever processed your payment, under their policy and any consumer-protection law that applies to you:
- App-store purchases (Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store) are refunded through that store's own refund process.
- Website card payments are handled by our billing partner; contact us and we'll help you request one.
- One-time crypto and card-to-card payments are, by their nature, generally non-refundable once Premium has been activated — but if something went wrong (for example a double charge or a failed activation), contact us and we'll make it right.
Whatever you bought, the fastest path is to reach out to us — we'll either resolve it directly or point you to the exact place to request the refund.
Deleting your account & data
Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time — our Privacy Policy explains how.
