Watch Iranian TV abroad — Filimo, Namava and Aparat with an Iran IP

The Persian series everyone at home is talking about will not play for you. Iranian streaming platforms license their catalogues for domestic viewers, so from abroad you get a polite message instead of an episode. An Iranian IP address is the missing piece — the subscription you already pay for starts working again.

Filimo & Namava

Series, films and live events that refuse to play abroad start streaming once your connection looks domestic.

Aparat & Telewebion

Free video and Iranian TV channels, including the archived programmes that are restricted outside the country.

Private by default

Your traffic is encrypted between your device and our servers, and we keep no logs of what you watch.

FAQ

Iranian streaming abroad — common questions

Why does Filimo or Namava say the content isn't available in my country?

Iranian streaming platforms license most of their catalogue for viewing inside Iran only, so they check your IP address and block or restrict playback when it is foreign. With an Iranian IP the player sees a domestic viewer and the catalogue opens as it does at home.

Do I need an Iranian subscription as well?

Yes for paid content. A VPN fixes where you appear to be connecting from; it does not give you an account. Filimo and Namava still expect you to sign in with a valid subscription. Free content on Aparat and Telewebion needs no account, only an Iranian IP.

Will video quality suffer over a VPN?

There is always some overhead because your traffic travels to Iran and back, but the bottleneck is usually the distance rather than the VPN itself. Streaming in HD works on a reasonable home connection. If playback stutters, lower the player's quality setting one step and let the buffer fill.

Does this work on a smart TV or Chromecast?

The apps run on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux, so the simplest route is to watch on a laptop, phone or tablet and cast or connect it to your TV with a cable. Smart TV platforms that do not accept VPN apps are best served that way.

Can I use the same account for streaming and banking?

Yes. One Iran IP VPN account covers everything you do from Iran-facing services — streaming, banking, government portals and Iranian shopping sites — across your phone and your computer.
